Our Mowers
We have may sources where our mowers come from- The United States Government, National Landscaping Companies, and Trade-In's make up the vast majority of our mowers.
Our Certified Technician completes the following: Compression Test, Leak-Down Test, Hoem the PTO/Clutch, Transaxle Pressure Test, and, when applicable, EFI Fuel Pump PSI Test. We call these the "Big 5," as they tell us how healthy the mower is.
From there, we perform routine servicing, which includes changing the oil and oil filter, replacing spark plugs and the fuel filter, cleaning the air filter, and sharpening or replacing the blades. We also inspect the tires, belts, and battery—if any show signs of wear or problems, they are replaced.
Our goal: to never see your mower again!
Our primary mower brands are: Exmark, Scag, Toro, and John Deere.
We receive new inventory every 2 weeks.
Purchase & Delivery Process
No- if having the mower delivered, you only pay your delivery fee up-front. The delivery fee is non-refundable. When your mower arrives, you may look it over, test it out, and if please, pay the remaining balance there at the time of delivery to the gentleman delivering it.
Once you find a mower you like, you'll then input the delivery ZIP code to get an instant delivery quote. Then, you'll add the mower to your trailer, input in your details, and pay your delivery deposit. From there, we will reach out same day if from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM to schedule your delivery day with you (same week delivery), or the next business day. Come delivery day, you'll receive a call from Jack, the gentleman over our deliveries, letting you know his exact ETA, and you will also receive an automated text where you can go in and see where your mower is at in real-time as its on the way to you. Once he arrives, you'll look over your mower, test it out, and if pleased, pay the remaining balance in person by Certified Check, or ACH through your online E-Invoice!
This is quite rare it happens because we try to be as transparent as possible with each mower listing, but in the event it does, you may refuse the mower at the time of delivery, and we will bring it back to the store. You would be out the delivery deposit, as that is non-refundable.
Post-Purchase
Some of our mowers have remaining factory warranties, that can be taken to your nearest certified dealer, or we will offer a Complimentary In-House Warranty, in which the mower would have to come back to our store. If a mower does NOT come with a warranty, that will be specified in the specific details of the given mower.
If you should run into a problem, we're here for help. You may call/text our Post-Purchase Number that ONLY customers of ours can text/call any day, or hour of the week, that will go to our managers personal phone to notify what is going on with your mower. This number is not given to the public, only our customers. From there, if you have a Factory Warranty Remaining, you many take the mower to a local authorized dealer that offers your brand of mower. If it is an In-House Warranty, the mower simply needs to be dropped off at our store, or we may coordinate pick-up, there would just be an additional pick up-fee.
Yes, we offer servicing, and repairs to every mower we offer. For some repairs, we have the ability to field work the job, to avoid long turn around times for you, allowing us to complete the repair on the spot.
